Accommodation and Facilities

Our bright and spacious apartment is located on the first floor of block 6 in the Urbanization Lorcrimar IV, in the Neuva Andalucia district of Puerto Banus.  It is totally south facing and enjoys the sunshine all day.

 The apartment has a light and spacious feel, and is equipped with a modern Air conditioning/heating system.  There are Marble tiled floors throughout, scattered with pretty rugs; the fabrics and furnishings are bright and colourful, and when combined with the traditional furniture, a Mediterranean look has been created. 

The 70sqm terrace is beautifully furnished and is an ideal place not only to enjoy the sunshine but perfect for dinning and relaxing during the day or evening.

We have equipped and furnished our holiday home to a high standard to meet the needs of all our guests.  Six people can be accommodated comfortably, but we welcome smaller parties, and rental rates will reflect the number of guests.

Dining area with table and 4 chairs. Fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster, sufficient crockery and cookware.  Storage Area. Welcome pack provided (tea, coffee, sugar, water, butter, bread, milk, and cleaning items).
Washing machine, iron & ironing board, airer, separate sink.

Bedrooms

 

(i) Master bedroom, (with ensuite bathroom), furnished with double bed, bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, mirror and chair. Patio doors lead to terrace.

(ii) Twin bedroom, furnished with two 90cm beds, bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, mirror, and chair. There is enough space to take aditional bed if required.

(iii) Smaller twin bedroom, furnished with two 80cm beds, bedside cabinet, fitted wardrobes and mirror. Patio doors open on to the terrace.

All bedrooms are beautifully furnished, with pretty curtains (or blinds), voiles, and bedspreads.  Sufficient towels, linen, blankets and pillows are provided.   Please note beach towels are not provided.

One family bathroom and ensuite off master bedroom.  Both include bath with shower over, basin, WC and bidet.

Video entry phone; security shutters; safe; secure locked access to Complex.  “Home book” of information/maps/brochures provided. Local caretaker to handle any maintenance problems. Reserved parking space in secure car park.

Transport

 

We are happy to arrange transport from Malaga Airport to the apartment complex on arrival and departure at an additional charge. Alternatively a hire car for collection at the airport can be organised, or taxis and buses are readily available. Directions to the property will be provided, with "meet and greet" service if required. Car not essential for guests, everything within walking distance, regular bus service to San Pedro.
