Discounts available for long lets. Daily or weekly lets, 1 2, or 3 bedrooms, rates charged according to occupancy. Rental week normally runs from Saturday to Saturday, but short and flexible stays can be accommodated.
Arrival/departure times by arrangement, and dependent on the time required to prepare  the apartment for other clients, usually arrival time no earlier than 2pm, with exit time 10am on day of departure.
No pets allowed. Smoking not allowed in the apartment.

Booking deposit 50%, balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival
Damage deposit 200 GBP, refundable one week after departure.
Weekly linen/towel change, and weekly maid service (basic clean)
